B) ACCOMODATION FEES 

Kshs 25,960.00 Per Semester (Optional)*:

*You are required to confirm availability of room before making payment

Non – Kenyans to add 20% to the above charges.

Please note that the payments of the above fees/other charges payable to the Director, Kenya Water Institute should be made as follows:-

a) All fees are due in full at the beginning of the term.

b) Fees paid in cash should be deposited into the Kenya Water Institute (KEWI) Current Account No. 110-776-0585 Kenya Commercial Bank, Moi Avenue Branch.

c) Deposit slips should be completed in duplicate; the top copy is kept by the bank, the second copy should be given to the College Cashier who will issue a receipt for it.

d) Fees is also payable in BANKERS CHEQUE drawn in favour of Director Kenya Water Institute.

e) Upcountry Banker’s cheques will be receipted by the Institute cashier on further payment of Kshs. 200/= being bank charges levied by banks for processing of the same.

f) The Institute Cashier receipts banker’s Cheques directly.

g) Cash, personal cheques and Postal Money Orders are not acceptable.

h) No request for refund or transfer of fees will be accepted once the course has commenced.  20% fees will be charged on any booking cancelled before commencement of classes.

i) Tuition fees do not include the costs of stationery and textbooks.

j) All fees are subject to change from time to time.
